Shruti is the Creative Director & Co-Founder. Fascinated by the impact design, strategy, and innovation have on our lives, she’s a problem solver, relationship builder, super collaborator, and strategic thinker.
With great excitement, Shruti and Vinay founded Responscious to design a future where brands and consumers can make informed, conscious choices.
Her favorite aspect of design work is bringing people and brands together through visual communications that help businesses grow, cultivates connections, and builds trust.

Meet Vinay, the Co-founder and CEO of Responscious, a visionary leader on a mission to empower purpose-driven individuals and projects in creating a better world for everyone. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration and collective action, Vinay leads the charge in facilitating positive change.
Equipped with an MS in Packaging Science from RIT in the USA and a BE in printing and graphics communications in India, Vinay possesses a diverse educational background that fuels his multidimensional approach to problem-solving. Drawing upon decade plus of professional experience spanning industries such as printing, publishing, education, packaging, marketing, plastics, medical, and sales, he is adept at connecting dots across various fields and applying innovative strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Vinay is an avid learner, continuously exploring the realms of branding, marketing, and cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, AI, and IoT. By staying at the forefront of industry trends, he remains equipped to guide Responscious and its clients towards future success.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Vinay is passionate about sharing his experiences and life lessons through various platforms, including Twitter, and Instagram, and engaging in meaningful in-person conversations. He also values quality time with his wife and embraces the opportunity to travel, immersing himself in new culinary experiences and diverse cultures.
